We're so used to Western warmongers (US, Brits, France, Russia,...) that we often forget just how much 'our own' little mullahs are contributing to the death race in the middle east.
As an example just ponder for a second how many military entities with the direct aim of military intervention outside of Iran is sponsored by those sorry a.. mullahs of Tehran, and the cost of all this to Iranian people. A nation that has half of it population living below the poverty line.
This inglorious list includes. but is not limited to:
Lebanese Hezbollah,
Iraqi Hashd Al Shaabi,
Quds Force,
Zaybanieh,
Alavieion,
Fatemeion,
Islamic Jihad,
Hamas,
pro-mullahs factions of Taliban.
And now Sepah is officially talking about sending military trainers to Yemen,...

Just think for a second how many countries fell under Obama's watch. Oh, but Obama was sooooo much better than Bush before him, and Trump, wasn't he? Really?

Whatever party dominates in the US is the war party of the day. It is now the GOP's turn. Eventually, the Dems will be back, spreading freedom and democracy by the bomb once again.

Regardless of the administration the US has followed the footsteps of all past superpowers; each aggressively exerting its dominance globally and over all its rivals. History shows us that there's never been a peaceful superpower (a bit of an oxymoron there). Not the Mongols, British, Romans, Soviets, Tang dynasty, Persians and so on...

I do however wonder how historians would rank the humanitarianism/violence of each superpower. Given the changing times it wouldn't exactly be an apples to apples comparison, but nonetheless, it would be interesting.

As for the GOP they would be much more potent in pushing through their agenda domestically/internationally had they elected an establishment Republican to run the show (Cruz, Pence, etc.). As wicked as Trump's agenda is, a more organized, cohesive Republican party would probably be even worse.
