College Park, MD--The National Iranian American Council (NIAC) and the Center of International and Security Studies at the University of Maryland will be hosting a foreign policy debate between Democratic Presidential candidates Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. The debate, scheduled for Thursday, April 21, just 5 days before the Maryland primary, is expected to be sold out and sure to attract a large, enthusiastic and good-looking Iranian-American contingent that will be eager to dress-up and hear each candidates' foreign policy
A host for the debate has yet to be announced, but rumor is that Shahs of Sunset star Reza Farahan will get the nod if the ubiquitous comedian Maz Jobrani is unavailable. We reached out to NIAC several times for more information about the event, but have yet to hear back from the under-staffed, but influential organization. If looking to intern and answer phones for NIAC, please visit their career page.

Update: The organization has clarified that the debate is not between the Democratic Presidential candidates, despite the flyer's headline of "Hillary vs Bernie", but rather between their surrogates.
