Did Clinton abide by ethics pledge on Clinton Foundation? Nahhh. PolitiFact has judged such claims as “mostly false,” at least as far as the spirit of the agreements is concerned. She's a "sorta' truthful" kind of gal, which is sorta' better than the guy she's running against.
