I’m canadian but from what I can tell they are an effective organization when a Democrat is in office but less so when Republicans take charge. It’s over because the US will aggressively sanction European companies doing deals with Iran. The deal never lived up to its promise because of the US adding more sanctions on Iran and the threat of sanctioning European co’s willing to strike deals with Iran.
